There are several options to find the spare part you are looking for:

• You can use the search bar on our homepage by entering the name or part of the name of what you are looking for.
• You can also browse our Spare Parts or Accessories menu and choose any subcategory from the dropdown menu to narrow your search.
• Lastly, if you are looking for a specific part for your machine and prefer to see it in a technical diagram, you can browse through our schematics to place your order. From the diagram, you can add parts to the cart by simply clicking on the product list line (highlighted in red), copy the reference to the clipboard, or navigate to its product page for additional information.

Once all the items you need are in the cart, you can make any changes you want, increase or decrease quantities, cancel, or even add references manually.

Once you have decided on your order, complete the order.

If it is your first purchase, you will need to fill out the form with all your details so we can deliver the order correctly. If you are already a registered customer, you only need to click the "Log in" button and enter your username and password.

Select the shipping method and then the payment method of your choice.

You will then see on the screen that the order has been placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

IMPORTANT: when ordering a spare part, it is vital to verify the version on the serial number label of the machine (physically) to ensure we are navigating the correct model and requesting the correct part.

Our available payment methods are:

• Credit Card: Pay securely via the Santander Bank gateway integrated into our website.
• PayPal: Use your PayPal account for quick and secure payments.
• Bizum: Pay via mobile phone using the Bizum option provided by the Santander Bank gateway.
• Apple Pay: Quick and secure payments using your Apple Pay account.
• Google Pay: Quick and secure payments using your Google Pay account.
• Cash on Delivery: Available only in Spain (excluding Canary Islands) and Portugal (excluding islands), with an additional fee of 6% for orders above €34 + VAT and a fixed charge of €2 + VAT for orders below €34 + VAT.

Only if you chose the cash-on-delivery payment option. Otherwise, no additional payments are required upon delivery.

IMPORTANT: For shipments to regions with additional customs and tax charges, these will need to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

For orders weighing up to 10Kg, we use express shipping, delivering nearly 100% of these orders within 24 business hours.

During busy periods, orders received after 2:00 PM may take up to 48 hours to be delivered.

Larger volume orders may take up to 72 hours as they are shipped via non-urgent carriers.
