How can I place an order?
There are several options to find the spare part you are looking for:
Once all the items you need are in the cart, you can make any changes you want, increase or decrease quantities, cancel, or even add references manually.
Once you have decided on your order, complete the order.
If it is your first purchase, you will need to fill out the form with all your details so we can deliver the order correctly. If you are already a registered customer, you only need to click the "Log in" button and enter your username and password.
Select the shipping method and then the payment method of your choice.
You will then see on the screen that the order has been placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
IMPORTANT: when ordering a spare part, it is vital to verify the version on the serial number label of the machine (physically) to ensure we are navigating the correct model and requesting the correct part.

Will I have to pay anything upon receiving my order?
Only if you chose the cash-on-delivery payment option. Otherwise, no additional payments are required upon delivery.
IMPORTANT: For shipments to regions with additional customs and tax charges, these will need to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders weighing up to 10Kg, we use express shipping, delivering nearly 100% of these orders within 24 business hours.
During busy periods, orders received after 2:00 PM may take up to 48 hours to be delivered.
Larger volume orders may take up to 72 hours as they are shipped via non-urgent carriers.
